MCR Security prides itself on being a small-medium size company that values its venues and clients. We are not a faceless large organisation that you never hear or see from, rather all management go out and visit our venues / sites multiple times per week. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our venues and don’t compromise on the quality of guards we supply.
All MCR managers and the owner are all individually licensed and sign themselves on if needed. MCR does not use sub-contractors to fill in shifts as we believe that we have control of our own employees and in conjunction with our strict recruitment and employment policies, always strive to submit only the best guards for each particular venue.
No two venues are the same, and hence we apply this philosophy when allocating guards to each and individual client. We take time in getting to know what each current and perspective venue or client wants and supply that style or specific guard to ensure that any venues requirements are met or exceeded.
We also have the flexibility to meet increased demands to business whether related to seasonality or dynamic requirements due to special type nights or events. We currently service over 30 venues throughout the Greater Melbourne Metropolitan area, so we have the experience and knowledge to support our claims.
