No different from Hotels / Pubs, MCR offers crowd controllers with VCGLR individual gaming operator licences to ensure venues can reduce venue costs whilst still being fully compliant.

Sporting clubs

MCR can also offer sporting clubs concierge specific staff aimed at the sporting club / RSL type venues. These types of venues don’t have the situations of other venues given the age demographic of the crowd, but still maintain full compliance whilst preforming other duties such as reception, membership queries, bookings for shows etc. Our staff at these venues are generally more mature and have exceptional personable skills
